Hemindra Hazari, a banking analyst, adds that “after that [Bloomberg] story [AGEL] should have gone and told [their bankers about the investigation]”. Hazari, however, adds that “we do not know [beyond the indictment] what other communications there were [between AGEL and its bankers], and short of a court judgement confirming these allegations we can not say for certain that there was a breach.”
